Amazing Recipes - Gingerbread cake

  1. 1/2 cup butter
  2. 1/2 cup of sugar
  3. 1 cup molasses
  4. 1 egg 
  5. 2 1/2 cups  flour
  6. teaspoons baking soda
  7. 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  8. 2 1/2 teaspoons ground ginger
  9. 1 1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
  10. 1/2 teaspoon salt
  11. 1 cup warm water
  12. cup of mapple syrup


  1. Preheat the oven to 180C. 
  2. Put some butter or oil in your baking pan.
  3. Use mixer to mix suggar and butter until mass became fluffy.
  4. In mixer add egg and molasses, mix until mass became equall.
  5. Add in flour, baking soda, ginger, cloves, cinnamon and salt. 
  6. Use spoon or wisk to mix warm water with mapple syrup and add gained mixture in mixer.
  7. Bake for 45-55 min until cake start to springs back up.  

You can use a toothpick to test if the cake is ready.  Put toothpick inside cake and then take it out.  If the toothpick is clean and dry, cake is ready to be served.   Decorate your gingerbread with dark chocolate flakes.
